Yoga Pilates Dance
    Hatha Yoga : Yoga’s physical postures and breathing exercises that
    develop strength, flexibility, balance, and grace.
    Slow Flow Yoga: Hatha Yoga postures in a slow flowing sequence.  
    This class is an all levels yoga practice.  We work the entire body/mind
    through standing poses, forward bends, back bends and inversions. The
    class begins and ends with a guided meditation or breathing exercise.
    Gentle Yoga: Yoga practiced at a gentle pace that is accessible to
    everyone.  This class includes restorative poses, balance poses, and
    slow gentle work for feet, hips, shoulders and core strength.  There is no
    weight bearing on the arms in this class.
    Continuing Yoga: : An eclectic yoga practice for students with a
    year or more experience.  This class links breath to movement in the
    classic asanas.  It creatively includes sun salutations, inversions, the
    bandhas and core strengthening with pranayama.
    Vinyasa Yoga: A sequence of yoga poses and sun salutations
    flowing directly from one to another without breaks.  This class is for
    those familiar with  basic asana and ready to work on more challenging
    poses.
    Prenatal Yoga: Open to pregnant women and their partners.  
    Suitable for women in all stages of pregnancy, with or without prior yoga
    experience.  Class emphasizes asana, breathing, and relaxation
    exercises that facilitate and support pregnancy and childbirth.
    Awareness through Movement®: classes are for everyone at
    every stage of life and physical ability.  Through guided sequences of
    movements you will explore how your sense yourself in changing
    environments.  You are taught to recognize habitual patterns and how to
    develop new options that can enrich your sense of ease in everything
    you do.  Students have reported numerous benefits such as decreased
    pain, increased flexibility and coordination.  
    Pilates :  Using the Pilates method as a base we work toward
    increasing, health, strength and flexibility in your body's core: abdomen,
    pelvic floor and back.   The classic Pilates exercises are supplemented
    by use of props and yoga asana for an all around fitness class.  This
    class promotes body awareness through basic movement principles that
    require focused direction of energy and breath. Class is cued for a
    beginning to intermediate level students.
    Pilates Yoga Fusion:  This class mixes Pilates,Yoga, strength
    training, and dance exercises for a playful good workout. We begin with a
    10 minute warmup and end with 10 minutes of stretching and relaxation.
    In between we may work with balls, foam rollers, stretchy bands, the floor,
    a partner, our bodies  and our own weight to work from the core out to
    the edges.  
    Barefoot Boogie: Barefoot people, a beautiful room, great tunes,
    each of us free and safe to move/dance as we wish, without judgement,
    alone or with others. 2nd and 4th Sundays.
    Authentic Movement: Using techniques developed from a variety of
    dance/movement modalities we move to find our deep and true selves.
    We begin with a check in, share leadership roles, move together in
    community or as individuals and close with time to process the
    experience.
    Contact/Improv: Indescribable fun and a phenomenal workout while
    playing with gravity, balance, and touch.  Unchoregraphed free-form
    movement.

    Class Cards:  $100 for 10 classes;  $180 for 20 classes
